Your strength log, read properly.
Export from Hevy, Strong, Garmin (FIT) or a generic CSV. Baseline gives you an estimated one-rep max per lift, DOTS if bodyweight and sex are on file, weekly volume and training frequency, ExRx brackets by lift, and the PRs you actually hit — cleaned of warm-ups and no-reps.
No login. Your file never leaves your browser.
What you get
e1RM per lift.
Estimated one-rep max computed from your working sets using the Epley formula, plotted over time per lift. Warm-up sets and no-rep entries are filtered before the trend is drawn.
DOTS when we have your bodyweight.
If your profile has bodyweight and sex, Baseline scores your lifts on the DOTS scale so you can compare across lifts and bodyweight over time. If either is missing, DOTS is marked "needs bodyweight and sex" rather than faked.
Volume, frequency and PRs.
Weekly tonnage per lift, how often you're training each movement, ExRx brackets per lift, and the recent PRs — all pulled from the history you upload.

FAQ
Do rowing and strength? You get a hybrid-athlete narrative.
If you upload both endurance and strength files, Baseline surfaces a hybrid-athlete read — e.g. top X% strength / top Y% endurance for your bracket — instead of treating the two as separate profiles.
How is e1RM calculated?
Baseline uses the Epley formula (weight × (1 + reps / 30)) on your working sets and takes the highest resulting estimate per lift, per session. Sets with obvious warm-up loads and no-rep entries are excluded before the estimate is computed.
What if I don't have bodyweight on file?
DOTS is left blank and flagged "needs bodyweight and sex" in the report. Volume, e1RM, PRs and ExRx brackets still compute — Baseline never invents a DOTS score.
Do you keep my data?
Raw fitness files never leave your browser. Baseline parses your export locally and discards it when the tab closes. If you sign in and save, only the derived Baseline — your metrics, PBs and badges — is stored on our servers. The original file is never uploaded.
